Maar alleen mensen hebben de mogelijkheid iets te veranderen. Pas als mensen zich hebben kunnen verbinden met de verandering, op een manier die voor hen zinvol is, wordt een beweging daadwerkelijk gemaakt. Ik werk vanuit passie voor wat mensen in organisaties beweegt, boeit en bindt. Organisaties beter maken: daar zit mijn kracht.<\/p>\n<p>Ik vind het essentieel om er juist dan te zijn wanneer een verandering werkelijk moet plaatsvinden. Dus niet na de analysefase vertrekken, maar daadwerkelijk verantwoordelijkheid voor de verandering nemen. Voor mij hoort daar ook het vergroten van het lerend vermogen van mensen en organisaties bij zodat een verandering niet eenmalig of op zichzelf staand blijft.<\/p>\n<p>De manier waarop ik dit doe is: samen.
